I’m Leanne... a former international hair educator turned legal & compliance guide for the hair and beauty industry. My mission is simple: to protect professionals like you, so you can focus on what you love without fear, confusion, or risk.
In 2023, I was voted the 2nd most inspirational person in the hair industry... recognition that came not just from my skills, but from my resilience. After life-changing spinal injuries and rebuilding my business from scratch, I learned first-hand how tough this industry can be when the odds are stacked against you.
Now, alongside training for my Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons), I work within one of the UK’s leading charities, supporting thousands of people every day with legal rights, protection, and advocacy. That experience, combined with my deep roots in hairdressing, gives me a unique edge: I speak your language and I know the law.
